The people we work with

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the work we do and what makes us different. You see, I want to grow the company because I have found some people who have become real assets to both us and our clients. So I want to be able to bring them on full time and make them a long term part of the organization. Up to this point in our business, we have relied heavily on contract labor.

A few years ago we helped one of our contractor friends start an install labor company and two years ago another friend of ours bought into that company. They have done an amazing job turning the early crew into a real organization that is just exploding on the AV install scene. I could not be more proud of those guys and the work they have done. They have a super big future in-front of them and they are awesome people. We have had a lot of people come and go over the years but have also been blessed to keep a number of them close and to even call them personal friends.

In all of my deep thought on what makes us your best bet, I have realized….it is not the fact that we pretty much guarantee the best value for the dollar, or the fact that we are committed to answering the phone and responding to our clients rapidly. It is not the fact that we are pretty generous with warranty calls and make sure that our clients are always taken care of well after the install warranty expires…I mean, don’t get me wrong, those are great things 😉…but what makes us who we are is that we are all true friends.

It is not just business for us, we care about each other and the work we do. As a result, we don’t view things as a job or just a way to make money, we view it as an art form that exemplifies who we are and we work together as a team. It makes us faster, cheaper, and better than what most organizations are capable of being in the same size range because we trust one another and understand the expectations of the final product.

Along with that, we take it a step further, we get to know our clients, we know them on a level that means there are very few question marks when we design and build a system because we know them like a friend and we treat them like that as well.

We are dedicated to the people who work with us and the clients we serve, we are dedicated to the quality of the end product we create, and we are dedicated to providing high value for the dollars spent, but we can only do this, because we are dedicate to each other.

There are a lot of AVL and acoustic companies out there…we are a small fish in a large sea, but we have built a lot of relationships and have a lot of people in our corner…isn’t that what life is really about.

anyway, just a thought for the day as I’m dreaming a bit.
